The Challenge
Wizard Group, a UK-based technology conglomerate specializing in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, IT, and AI solutions, had strong technical expertise but an outdated digital presence.
Each website was operating in isolation, using legacy WordPress setups, inconsistent messaging, and slow, unresponsive interfaces. The Wizard Cyber website in particular, the Group’s flagship for managed detection and response (MDR), SOC-as-a-Service, and cloud security consultancy, had grown stale: complex to update, visually dated, and disconnected from modern customer expectations.
The mission was clear, transform Wizard Group’s web ecosystem into a cohesive, conversion-driven, and professional digital suite that truly reflected their leadership in cybersecurity and innovation.
The Solution

I led the UX strategy, interface design, and full-scale rebuild of Wizard Cyber’s digital experience — later extending the framework to the rest of the Group’s platforms.
We began with a complete audit of the legacy sites, analytics data, and user behavior. I conducted competitive benchmarking against top cybersecurity brands, mapping where Wizard Cyber could differentiate through clarity and credibility.
From there, I restructured the information architecture around how buyers think, segmenting content by solutions, industries, and use cases rather than internal service names. Each section was re-written and redesigned to highlight trust signals, clear CTAs, and proof of expertise.
To support business scalability, I built a modular design system that allowed rapid rollout across other Wizard Group entities — including Wizard IT, Wizard Cloud, Wizard AI, and Palo Alto Firewalls UK.
I also collaborated on integrations that improved operational flow:
CRM lead-capture linked to HubSpot
Analytics dashboards for marketing insight
Streamlined blog publishing and SEO automation
Throughout, I worked directly with the COO, CTO, and Technical Director, translating strategy into a design roadmap, aligning technical feasibility with marketing priorities, and ensuring the final experience served both users and business goals.
The Result
The new Wizard Cyber website launched as the flagship for Wizard Group’s brand modernization, visually unified, content-driven, and optimized for conversion.
It immediately outperformed its predecessor in measurable ways:
+45% user engagement and longer session duration
Reduced bounce rates across service pages
Higher quality inbound leads through SEO and clearer CTAs
Faster load times and improved technical health scores
Beyond performance metrics, the project became a blueprint for Wizard Group’s digital standard, enabling the rapid creation of future sites under a consistent UX framework.
Today, the Wizard Cyber experience positions the company as what it truly is, a modern, forward-thinking cybersecurity leader, not just in service, but in presentation and strategy.
